KFMC participates with most major health insurance plans.
Please Note:

If we are a participating provider with your insurance plan(s), we will file a claim for you.

You are responsible for your medical bills, including co-pay's and charges that are not covered by your insurance plan.

Some insurance plans have an annual deductible which is your responsibility to follow.
If you do not have insurance, please contact our office to inquire about cash-pay options.
